Using Blind Ear’s software and a network of Wi-Fi connected laptops, this composition was created live during a concert featuring the Cadillac Moon Ensemble on June 6, 2012 at the Good Shepherd School in New York City.
Recorded on June 6, 2012 at the Good Shepherd School in New York City featuring Flutronix and the Attacca Quartet. The structure of the composition was manipulated live with Blind Ear’s performance software program—a real-time communication tool between the composer and the performers through Wi-Fi connected laptops. The audience influences the composer’s musical decisions during the performance via a web-hosted text message voting system.
Inspired by the Lewis Carroll poem “Three Sunsets,” this composition was recorded live on March 25, 2011 at the WMP Concert Hall in New York City and featured the Attacca Quartet, Caia LaCour (horn), Tyler Wayne Smith (countertenor), and Marc Giosi (piano).
